The manual communicates our system standards related to training, development of the franchised business, operating standards, system procedures, and other information related to the ongoing operations of the franchised business.
Phase 1 (3-4 months to open)
This folder includes layout and cost, decor, photos and signage for designing your clinic build out. You will want to get started on signage as soon as you have the space chosen.
We provide resources like email templates, images, program materials and suggested social media platforms.
Phase 2 (2 months to open)
Get access to done for you new hire paperwork: including job descriptions, offer letters, retirement planning, employee handbook, direct deposit forms and provider agreements.
Get our Weighless MD Employee Handbook
Get the details of all the systems we use to run smoothly. This includes our app, electronic medical record, accounting, email system and marketing software.
We are in the process of working on an agreement if you do not have an onsite physician.
All contacts that you will need for business operations will be in this folder.
We have a robust training system powered by Thinkific. You will need a login and password to get access to these learning modules. Plan to spend 10-20 hours learning and completing the assignments.
Phase 3 (1 month to open)
Get access to front office processes like billing, superbills, collections, scheduling, regulatory compliance as well as clinical resources and consultations.
PB and Weighless MD app set up
Get your technology in working order – refer back to the tech stack.
Order your inventory of products prior to opening on the ordering form.
Start printing or building your patient forms in practice better.
Find all important booklets and handouts for the specific programs, maintenance and general wellness topics.
