We offer onsite and virtual appointment options. If you want your program to be 100% virtual, we can ship products to you. If you choose to schedule at our physical locations, you get the benefit of using our body composition scale.
Our programs vary based on your weight loss goals. Our shortest programs are 30 days and we have 90 day programs that can be extended until you are at your desired weight.
Success depends on compliance with the program. We will provide extensive education and resources but you will be putting in the work. Typical weight loss for a 30 day program is 15-25 lbs of fat.
We will do a medical assessment before you start any program to ensure you are on the best plan for your current health. We are happy to collaborate with your medical providers as well.
We do not accept insurance but we are happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance directly for reimbursement.
Our programs are designed to curb hunger and cravings while following a low calorie diet. Our patients report little to no hunger most times with hunger only at meal times.
Our meal plans are designed by dietitians and include balanced meals with clean ingredients. We provide recipes and meal plans for all programs. The diet will consist of lean protein, fruits, vegetables and some dairy if tolerated.
Movement is encouraged but not required. We have patients that simply walk a few times per week and some that are doing higher intensity workouts. You may continue your exercise regimen while on our plans but we may suggest some tweaks to increase success.
