Cheri Stoka Founder of WeighLess MD
Losing weight and keeping it off isn’t something you have to do alone. With the expertise of Cheri Stoka, RDN, CD, and her specially-trained team at Weighless MD and Wellness, you can feel confident you’re learning ways to manage your weight, for good.
As a former professional soccer player and lifelong athlete, Cheri understands how important exercise and nutrition are to perform optimally and feeling your best. But often times, you must look beyond exercise and nutrition and dig deeper into other aspects of health. Sometimes healthy eating and exercising more can’t resolve certain health conditions and imbalances in the body.
Cheri has 2 boys that keep her and her husband, Max very busy. The demands of work and family can be difficult at times, but Cheri has managed to balance her health and diet through focus, priority and passion. She has a genuine desire to help others.
Cheri is a member of several Integrative and functional nutrition groups along with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Weight Management Practice Group, and Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her other area of expertise is Gut health. “The gut is the foundation to a healthy body.” She has had extensive training in this area and is a certified LEAP Therapist, food sensitivity expert.
Her passion for health and wellness, and her drive to stay proactive on the latest research defines who Weighless MD is today. She commends her team of practitioners who help her make this all possible.
